We try our best to allow to have a variety of vendors, and to ensure EACH vendor can maximize this opportunity. If you do not get an invoice, it's most likely because we have enough vendors in your specific category. However we would still love to have you at our next event, so we'll hold on to your Vendor Registration and will contact you for more opportunities.
Once you submit your Vendor Registration , it will be reviewed within 24 hours. If your application is accepted, an invoice will be emailed to you with your Vending Fee . You will have 24 hours to secure your slot with a deposit, or the invoice will be canceled. Please check your spam. We do not hold slots.

There are no refunds. We will gladly reschedule event if cancelled due to weather or any other natural disaster or pandemic restrictions.
Vendor Set up is available inside YMCA and outside, near and inside the performance area.
There is designated parking for your convenience. Additional parking available for larger vehicles.
We will have overnight security, you do have the option of leaving your tents up overnight. We suggest you lock up or take your merchandise with you.

In order for this event to be successful and beneficial to every party involved, we require everyone i.e. Host/Exhibitors/Speakers/Workshop Hosts/Volunteers to promote the event. All promotion materials will be sent to everyone via email and/or social media chat groups.
Due to limited outlets, we cannot ensure everyone has access to electricity. Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own generators and if one needs to be rented please contact us to see availability.
Setup is between 3hrs prior to start of event. All Exhibitors must be setup and have their table manned by 2pm on Friday and 10am on Saturday. Any late Exhibitors arriving after set up will not be permitted entry unless otherwise arranged and fee is non-refundable. Please make arrangements to arrive on time.
Breakdown begins no earlier than 5:00pm. All Exhibitors must remain setup from 10:00am-5:00pm, unless you have prior approval. You may cover your booth with a black table cloth if you’re no longer interested in selling or sold out.
Each exhibit space is 10’ x 10' in size and open (i.e. no dividers). Exhibitors must provide their own tables and chairs. Any items including signage, activities, promotional material, racks, etc must fit in your space and not protrude out in the aisle or block any adjacent Exhibitor space.
Bring a trash can/bag. This will help maintain the cleanliness of the venue and your space. There is a $25 Cash Refundable Clean Up deposit. Deposit is forfeited if any trash/garbage is left after the event from a specific booth.
Tablecloths, tables and chairs will not be provided.

If the event is canceled, we will notify each Exhibitor and provide a refund. This is the ONLY time a full refund will be authorized.
The Exhibitor hereby represents that they have the expertise, knowledge and experience needed to provide the goods or services outlined in this Exhibitor agreement. The Exhibitor agrees to uphold all laws and legal requirements of the State of North Carolina.
Insurance is optional and for your liability and protection. We do not ask for proof. The Exhibitor agrees to purchase necessary insurance for your business (if applicable), during the term of this agreement.
The Exhibitor shall be considered an independent contractor. This Exhibitor Agreement does not establish an employer/employee relationship between the Client and Exhibitor, and no such agreement shall be established at any time.
This Exhibitor Agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of the laws of North Carolina. Therefore, any and all legal proceedings shall be conducted in the above state.
The Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend and hold the Client and its representatives harmless for any loss (theft), damage or injury. Furthermore, the Client agrees to hold the Exhibitor harmless against any loss or damage, save in cases of gross misconduct or negligence by the Exhibitor or it's representatives.
This Exhibitor Agreement and any attachments shall be considered the entire agreement and shall constitute the termination of any prior agreements including any written or verbal agreement.
